Grade A is not a standard. This is what is.
Every supplier sells Grade A. Almost none of them use the same definition. Indonesian vanilla is graded under SNI 01-0010-1998 and the international ISO 5565 series, but those standards are rarely explained to buyers — and the gap between what a certificate says and what arrives in the box is where most quality disputes begin.
Indonesian Vanilla Grading translates both standards into plain language, explains how Indonesian graders apply them in practice, and gives you a reference you can use at the inspection table.
