Because our products are digital files, refunds are only available in specific circumstances.

Every product page shows real sample pages, the full table of contents and a complete list of every file in the download before you buy. Please review them carefully. If you have a question before purchasing, use our support page.
If no file from your order has been downloaded and you contact us within 14 days of purchase, you may request a refund. You must provide a reason. We review each request and reserve the right to decline where the request does not meet the conditions of this policy.
If a file won't open, is corrupted, or is missing pages or companion files that are listed on the product page, contact us within 14 days with a description of the problem and, where possible, a screenshot or error message. We will send a corrected copy. If we are unable to supply a working file, we will refund that item.
"Not what I expected", "I no longer need it" or disagreement with the content are not technical faults and are not grounds for a refund once a file has been downloaded.
Bundles are treated as one order. Downloading any single title in a bundle counts as the bundle being downloaded.
How we verify: our system records the exact time each file is first downloaded. Opening the order confirmation page or the download email does not count as a download. Only clicking a download button does. These records are used to assess every refund request.
Use the support form and include your order number (it begins with txn_ and is on your Paddle receipt) and the reason for your request. Requests without an order number cannot be processed.
Refunds are issued by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. The money returns to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card provider.
Once refunded, all download links for that order are permanently disabled.
If you open a chargeback or payment dispute before contacting us, we will provide our order records, download logs and this policy to Paddle and your bank to contest the dispute. Most issues — a missing link, a file that didn't save correctly — are resolved quickly through our support page. Please contact us first.
This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law. In the EU, EEA and UK, the statutory right to cancel digital content ends once a download begins, provided you gave your explicit consent and acknowledged that the right to cancel would be lost — which you do at checkout. If the law where you live gives you rights beyond this policy, those rights apply. Paddle's refund policy and buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
